Anagha is a health professional with a strong foundation in Ayurvedic Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from India, where she developed a deep understanding of traditional medical practices and holistic health.

Pursuing her passion for integrating traditional and modern healthcare, Anagha is currently completing her Master of Health Science in Auckland, New Zealand. This advanced study is enhancing her expertise in contemporary health practices and research.

In addition to her Ayurvedic and Health Science qualifications, Anagha holds a Master in Health and Yoga therapy. This specialised training equips her with the skills to incorporate Yoga and breathing practices into her healthcare approach, to enhance physical, mental and spiritual well being.
