Annemieke Van Dam

Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Wellness Coach

Annemieke is a certified Hypnotherapist, Transformational Wellbeing and Life Coach, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Her focus is on helping clients, who are located worldwide, overcome a wide range of problems or challenges.

Annemieke has worked in the areas of health, safety, and well-being for over 40 years as a manager and adviser in corporate and smaller organisations.

When she started her career in environmental and public health, Annemieke was just one of a small number of women in her field. From coal mining and national rail, to multi-campus tertiary education institutes, Annemieke’s impact spanned across local and regional councils.

Annemieke was the founding Director of the Board of SiteSafe New Zealand from 2000 to 2006, who have been focused on getting New Zealand workers home safe to their families for the past 20 years. During this time, she identified the lack of focus on mental health and well-being in the workplace, which led her to increasing mental health awareness through coaching leaders and running mental health first aid training.

Annemieke’s desire to help people continued to grow further and led her to research and exploring hypnotherapy with an open mind in 2016.

Annemieke utilises a range of effective and proven techniques such as talk therapy, coaching, CBT, NLP, guided imagery, art therapy and hypnosis, to facilitate and help transform the lives of others.
