Elisa Weiss is a New Zealand Registered Nutritionist specialising in obesity, type 2 diabetes and digestive disorders. She has worked in community settings and private practice, focusing on holistic approaches to improve people’s health and well-being.
Elisa has a background in research, education and food science. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and has completed undergraduate and graduate studies in nutrition and dietetics, diabetes management, Ayurvedic medicine and Biomedical Science.
Elisa is currently doing a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, where her research focuses on investigating the effects of parental high-fat, high-sugar diets on offspring’s metabolic health.
Elisa works in private practice using a no-diet and evidence-based approach.
