Certified BYCA Coach, Certified My Menopause Transformation Practitioner, Currently in training to become a Menopause Doula with Doula Training Canada

Kàren’s background is in corporate HR where she’s worked for merchant banks, global consumer goods and technology companies. Following a concussion injury, Kàren refocused on what was really important to her and the impact she wanted to have on the world around her. This led to retraining as a life coach for midlife women.

Today, Kàren is a Midlife and Menopause Coach, as well as a Menopause Doula-in-training and a certified practitioner of My Menopause Transformation.

Kàren supports women who are juggling the multiple challenges of midlife, managing their perimenopause and menopause symptoms, rediscovering themselves, as well as stepping into their Second Spring (their post menopause years), which is full of excitement, passion and purpose.

One of the many challenges midlife women face is their journey through menopause. As this is such a big part of a woman’s journey, but is not well understood, Kàren decided to complete additional training both as a practitioner for My Menopause Transformation and also as a Menopause Doula (still in progress).

Karen’s aim is to support women through their often challenging midlife journey, so they can move through to their wise woman years knowing that the difficulties they are currently facing are temporary. Also, that they have much to offer and teach the next generation of women.
