Kelly Wright
Kelly is a Certified Nutrition Consultant specialising in pregnancy, postpartum, and infant nutrition. With a strong foundation in both modern nutritional science and ancestral food wisdom, she supports women through the critical perinatal period with an emphasis on real food, bioavailable nutrients, and practical, evidence-based care.
Her work focuses on the gaps left by conventional prenatal care, particularly around micronutrient deficiencies, gut health, and the limitations of standard prenatal vitamins. Kelly is passionate about helping mothers feel confident in nourishing themselves and their babies, whether navigating pregnancy conditions, postpartum recovery, or starting solids.
Through her private practice, Well & Truly Nourished, Kelly combines clarity, compassion, and information related to current research to guide families through the noise of modern nutrition advice.
Kelly’s formal training builds on over a decade of independent study in whole food and ancestral nutrition. After an early career in the corporate sector, she made a purposeful shift into nutrition, driven by a passion for whole-food nourishment, ancestral wisdom, and supporting health through all life stages, with a strong focus on maternal and infant wellbeing. She is committed to lifelong learning and plans to expand her expertise by becoming a Clinical Nutritionist soon.
