Kelsey is an Associate Registered Nutritionist with a background in both nutrition and psychology.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Massey University, Kelsey has built hands-on experience across both clinical and community settings. She is currently working as a bariatric nutritionist, supporting clients through complex, long-term health changes, alongside delivering health and well-being education in schools. These roles reflect her ability to work across a wide spectrum of care, from more specialised clinical support through to early intervention and education.
Kelsey takes a practical approach to nutrition, focusing on sustainable habits rather than rigid plans. Her background in administration and clinic support means she understands both the client experience and the systems behind effective healthcare, bringing a well-rounded and organised approach to her work.
She has a strong interest in intuitive eating, behaviour change, and helping people build a healthier relationship with food. Her time volunteering in Nepal, teaching English to children, also reflects her adaptability and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Kelsey brings a calm, approachable energy to her work, and aims to make nutrition feel simple, sustainable, and genuinely supportive. She’s passionate about helping people create lasting change, not quick fixes, and is continuing to grow her career within the health and wellbeing space.
