Michaela Dvorakova is a dedicated chemist with a focus on food science and sustainability. She holds a Master’s degree from UCT Prague, specializing in Chemistry and Analysis of Food and Food Products.
Michaela began her professional career in a brewery as a Lab Assistant in the analytical and microbiology lab, where she conducted detailed chemical and microbiological analyses to ensure the quality and safety of brewery products. She then advanced to a position as a Sample Administrator at Quinta-Analytica, a pharmaceutical company, where she managed and organized various samples, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Her most recent role was as a Junior Specialist in R&D at Heaven Labs, where she played a key role in developing innovative products such as Mana drinks and vegan burgers. Her work at Heaven Labs emphasized the importance of sustainable food alternatives, aligning with her commitment to environmental consciousness and health.
