Rahle Dusheiko is a Wellbeing Guide, certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and qualified Life Coach who blends yoga, life coaching, and holistic wellbeing to support balanced living.
With a yoga practice that began in 1999 and certification in 2014, Rahle’s approach extends beyond the mat, offering personalised pathways to health and vitality.
Rahle is committed to making yoga accessible to all, integrating it with life coaching to support mental, physical, and emotional health. Her experience includes working with women over 40 who run their own business juggling family and work, especially those approaching perimenopause or menopause.
She is also interested in supporting older clients to improve their quality of life and health through conscious movement and mindfulness.
For Rahle, yoga is a way of life—a philosophy that embraces learning, curiosity, and sharing knowledge to help others live more connected lives. In her spare time she loves to plan adventures with her partner that involve travel, mountains and sea. She loves to read, eat delicious food and connect with her friends.
