Rupali Lal

Rupali is a registered pharmacist with an early career foundation in New Zealand, who later expanded her professional practice to Fiji. The transition between countries, diverse work cultures, and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic led her to explore breathwork, culminating in her certification from Pause Breathwork.

Simultaneously, her interest in nutrition drove her to pursue studies in Functional Nutritional Therapy. She also became a RESTART® program instructor to educate and empower individuals in group settings.

Rupali’s dedication to holistic health is further evidenced by her engagement with the growing research on the gut microbiome and its connections to the brain, skin, hormones, and more.

She achieved level 1 certification in Mastering the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing from Restorative Wellness Solutions. She continued her education by completing level 2, Mastering the Art and Science of Nutritional Blood Chemistry, enabling her to holistically review blood tests. Finally, she attained level 3 certification in Mastering the Art and Science of Optimizing Hormones.

While Rupali maintains her pharmacy registrations and practices as a Locum Pharmacist, she is deeply passionate about holistic health. She now runs her virtual clinic, Pause.Breathe.Live, dedicated to promoting a comprehensive approach to well-being.
