Shona Hurndell

Mindfulness Coach, Tapping-Emotional Freedom Technique facilitator, Reiki Master, Psych K Facilitator, Eden Healing Energy Work

Shona is a qualified teacher and was a Senior Lecturer in the Tertiary Sector before moving into self-employment. She ran a successful training business, facilitating workshops for teachers and the corporate world.

Upon completing her “cancer journey” following the traditional treatment plan, Shona attended a Cancer Healing weekend, where she was introduced to the mind, body and spirit connection and its relationship to healing the body.

Evidence tells us that simple lifestyle changes can have huge benefits to strengthening the immune system and calming down the body, allowing the body to do what it knows how to do.

Today, Shona is using her teaching background, wisdom and compassion to guide people in reclaiming their wholeness on their healing journey.
