Megan Rodden
Megan helps her clients to rebalance their bodies through holistic nutrition, herbal medicine and a naturopathic lifestyle. Her personal health journey transitioned her from a communications consultant to a naturopath, sparked by struggles with chronic health issues, particularly after having children and finding vital support from natural therapies.
Megan is now a qualified and registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with a passion for helping women and children and people with complex chronic illnesses. Her personal philosophy of naturopathy encompasses the core traditional principles as well as being shaped by understanding through experiences, relationships, and community.
To evaluate a client’s health, a comprehensive and holistic process is undertaken. Every person is unique and their entire health picture needs to be gathered. This involves taking detailed health history, examining diet and lifestyle habits and physical assessments. At the end of the consultation process, each client is given their own unique “Wellness Plan”.
