Ingredients
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup milk
Method:
- Caramelise butter and sugar in tin, arrange apples.
- Mix batter, pour over apples.
- Bake 40 mins at 180°C.
- Invert and dust with icing sugar.
