2. Peel and smash the bananas in a medium bowl, then add oil and sugar.

3. Sieve flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.

4. Pour the batter in a loaf mold and bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
5. Once cooled, remove from the loaf pan and cut into thin slices. You can additionally toast the slices in butter on a pan and serve warm.
6. Serve with tea or coffee.
