1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius and line the muffin tins.
2. In a medium bowl, mix oil, yogurt, sugar and vinegar.
3. Then add flour, bit by bit, and mix until smooth. Add cardamom, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.
4. Fold in chopped peaches and pour the batter into muffin tins.
5. Bake for 20 minutes. Once the top turns golden brown, insert a toothpick in the center of a muffin. It should come out clean and dry.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
7. Enjoy!
