Ingredients

  • 6-8 baby cos leaves
  • 1 head witloof, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1-2 Tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cos leaves on a serving dish.
  2. Mix witloof and orange together and pile onto the cos leaves.
  3. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.
