Recipe: Cauliflower and tuna macaroni cheeseBy Content Team Friday June 24, 2022 3 minutes to read Recipe by Vegetables.co.nz, a not-for-profit organization Difficulty: Easy Ready In: 45 Minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients Beginner ¼ packet (125g) macaroni pasta½ cauliflower, sliced into bite-sized pieces1 x 440g can creamed corn½ cup milk½ cup grated cheese1 cup peas1 x 400g can tuna in spring water, drained¼ cup grated cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 200°C.Place macaroni in a saucepan of boiling water and boil for 8 minutes.Add cauliflower to pasta and boil for a further 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.Mix creamed corn, milk and cheese together in a bowl.Add peas, tuna, pasta and cauliflower to the corn mixture.Place in a large roasting dish and sprinkle with second quantity of cheese.Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until hot through and golden on top.
