Ingredients

  • ¼ packet (125g) macaroni pasta
  • ½ cauliflower, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 x 440g can creamed corn
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 x 400g can tuna in spring water, drained
  • ¼ cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place macaroni in a saucepan of boiling water and boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower to pasta and boil for a further 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Mix creamed corn, milk and cheese together in a bowl.
  5. Add peas, tuna, pasta and cauliflower to the corn mixture.
  6. Place in a large roasting dish and sprinkle with second quantity of cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until hot through and golden on top.
