Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • Pinch salt
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200ml cream

Method

  1. Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in flour and salt.
  3. Bake 30–35 minutes at 170°C.
  4. Cool, then cover with ganache (heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate, whisk smooth).
  5. Dust lightly with gold powder.
