Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 cups finely sliced red cabbage
  • 1 medium red onion, finely sliced
  • ½ cup raisins or sultanas
  • 1 green apple, sliced

Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp lite olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp prepared horseradish sauce

Instructions

  • Place cabbage, onion, raisins and apples in a large bowl.
  • Make dressing by blending oil, lemon juice and horseradish sauce.
  • Pour over salad and serve.

Variation: To make a creamy dressing, replace olive oil with 2 Tbsp lite sour cream.
